WARRANTY

Intelligence Support Group, Inc. (ISG) warrants their equipment for a period of two (2) years, from the date of shipment, to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials, unless otherwise stated.

The liability of Intelligence Support Group, Inc. (ISG) under this warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or issuing credit, at the option of ISG, for any piece of equipment which is returned by the purchaser during such warranty period. Provided the proper procedure is followed according to the ISG equipment repair /return policy.

ISG shall conduct an examination of the returned equipment and shall disclose to its satisfaction that such defects exists and have not been caused by misuse, misapplication, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, alteration, physical damage or accident.

In no event shall Intelligence Support Group, Inc. (ISG) or its associates be liable to the purchaser for incidental, collateral, or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use, performance, sale, resale, misuse, or distribution of any of its products. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.



REPAIR & RETURN POLICY

Should a piece of equipment fail to perform, and need to be returned, the following procedures must be taken:
  1. Contact, via email info@isghq.com, request a return authorization number and supply the following information:
    • Name of end-user, department, address, contact information.
    • Identify the equipment by model and serial number.
    • Describe the problem with the equipment.
    • Provide return shipping address and contact person information.
    • Should equipment be out of warranty please provide a government purchase order, or American Express card number and expiration date, and address to be used for accounting purposes.
  2. Package the equipment carefully. Use a suitable shipping container and sufficient padding to preclude any further damage to the equipment while in travel.
  3. Return the equipment to the ISG facility stated in the return authorization email.
  4. ISG will confirm receipt of equipment via email and supply an estimated time of repair.
